My payouts are on hold for almost a month

Hello my payouts are on hold for almost a month now. I’ve been contacting Airbnb support after one week I had found out this issue. I was told it was because of tax withholding.  There’s certain tax form I needed to fill out. I did that and almost three weeks later, nothing has changed. Airbnb customer support just keeps telling me “nothing else I need to do on my end but wait.” How much longer will I need to wait? I am panicking as I cannot pay my bills. Does anyone have similar issues? How would you solve this? Side note tax withholding is 30% of the payouts. Why are they holding 100% of the payouts?

Payments go through Telegraphic Submarine cables and Submarine cables get broken, perhaps that's in part why you may not have been paid, it may also be because Customer Support don't have access to our information or have messed up our accounts.
