account hacked unauthorized payout method

My alerts had been turned off, probably by the hacker, so i did not see an email from Airbnb until the next morning, alerting me that my Payout method had been changed....I went to Earnings>Payout Method and could see someone named Kinley ** had now put down a Visa account # of their own, to receive my payouts. I do not know if Kinley(who i found on a FB search) did this herself, or if her bank account and name was hacked, by yet another person....I am trying to find out how an unauthorized person was even able to access my account, as i have 2 step verification and always get a code on my phone to access my account....and how would they get that if they did not have my phone....and yes, i have changed my email password etc...but how does this even happen and do i notify the authorities so they can question KB or will airbnb do that?

Have you contacted Customer service staff at any time with your account?

Be mindful there's been arrests made and closing down of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in McKinley West, Philippines in recent times because of unlawful behaviours relating to ABB.

It pays to keep an open eye out on International news about these places because there's some serious offending and failures to comply with basic laws going on in them.

May we suggest you obtain a Data Subject Request of your account and go through it with a fine tooth comb.

Any unlawful access / compromise of your account should also be reported to your local law enforcement agencies as often matters are not isolated incidents.
