Steps to relist with CITQ

Hi, I'm a host in montreal (verdun). Could a host from montreal tell me the steps? I got the CITQ form, but it doesn't have a expiration date on it! And now when I ask airbnb agents, they just send the same link that says you must register to restart listing.
