Summerland BC Short term rental regulations are being made right now

Hello,

We live in Summerland, BC, and up to this point, there were no regulations on Short term Rentals; this is about to change. The Bylaws Department is in the process of coming up with rules regarding short-term rentals.

We need to have our voices heard. Here is a link to the process and a survey put out to the community regarding allowing short-term rentals and what restrictions/regulations need to be put in place.

I would encourage any Airbnb/VRBO/HomeAway etc... to go to this link and fill out the survey, especially if you live in Summerland, BC.
