Super Host or Co-Host in Port St Lucie FL

Hi:  I'm looking at buying a 2nd home in the new few months which would mostly be available to rent when I'm not there as I'm from out of state.  Is there anyone in the PSL area that would be able to help with obligations that are hard for me to handle from afar.
