Airbnb suspended my listing, without telling me in advance. I live in the US, but my property is in Italy and after 12 years now, the Airbnb's algorithm seems to have some issue with that. I have 5 stars review and never had a complain.
Why Airbnb get a big % of our profit, but doesn't offer a real customer service?
