Switching from using a Mgt company to a private co-host. Do I use the same listing or create a new listing under the new co-host?

I am Switching from using a Mgt company who really messed up my reviews due to many many mistakes they made.  I am now switching to a private co-host.  Do I use the same listing or can I create a new listing that the co-host will manage?

The new cohost you are using should be advising you on this. Part of what you pay them for is their knowledge around how the Airbnb platform works @Shawanna0 

You don't have a listing attached to your profile so I am presuming you let your management company set your listing up under their profile .

in which case are there any outstanding bookings with the management company?

your new cohost can show you how to set up a new listing under your profile and add them as a cohost blocking out any dates where you have bookings with the current management company @Shawanna0
