Hi All! Has anyone had any problems entering their tax info into the forms, especially the W9? I've tried on my laptop, app, different browsers, restarted, etc. It seems like the "signed date" box is not allowing me to enter anything and override the text in there. This date box is preventing me from submitting. I've spoken to CS and they have no idea whats wrong. Hoping someone else figured it out. Thanks!
Hi Quincy- after several screenshots and what felt like a hundred chat messages with CS (lol), they did in fact escalate to tech to fix the glitch. So now the date glitch is fixed but there is now a postal code issue. I’ve reached out to customer service again for this.
