It looks like Airbnb is withholding taxes to pay my state, but not my County accommodations tax. How do I add those to my listing so the traveler pays them? I realize I have to manually pay them to my county monthly.

Turn on Airbnb Professional Hosting Tools. It will add a customizable line item to the guests’ invoice for additional taxes.

You don't need special hosting tools for this. In your Airbnb listing, select "pricing" and scroll down to the "Taxes" section. From there you can add a custom tax and specify the % or fixed amount to collect for your county, which you will later be responsible to remit directly to the tax authority.
