Every year we hear about the government, state, local, and federal trying to add a VAT to our meager income from our rentals. How do we make our voice heard in opposition to these costs which will ultimately raise our prices and have to share them with our renters?

Write to your Government and ensure any contracts with the "Behavior Insights Team aka Nudge Unit", are scrutinized as it's bloat to us Taxpayers.

What BIT think works is not working, nor is the research there Teams have undertaken accurate.
