Teams feature for cleaners?

How do you actually assign tasks to the cleaners?  I have no ability to assign the tasks, and they have no ability to claim the cleaning tasks.  What am I missing?  Did airbnb just give up on Teams?  Make it make sense. 😞

I just added my cleaner to teams and was able to assign them checkout cleanings as a recurring tasks on my end. Seemed super easy... however my cleaner is not receiving the assigned cleaning tasks I added her on for all the bookings. 

Confirmed the email is correct and she was able to log in on her end, but she still showed no active tasks assign or any in her list... 

anyone else dealing with same issue?

Do you know if adding a cleaning crew to tasks would give them access to the payment information?
