Tel Aviv raising extreme taxes to anybody that hosts a guest for pay - even for 1 day twice a year - makes it impossible to be part of the Air B&B community -

for example  i  have 130 meters apt. i  pay 40 nis a meter it's about 5200 nis a year/

the city decided that anybody hosting for pay will pay 124.90 a meter for the whole apt. not only for the room which will bring it in my case to about  16000 nis a year

I know that everybody in tel Aviv get this letter - the regulation started on June 2022 - I froze my account

and I would like to know what other hists in Tel Aviv are planning to do. 

the city of Tel Aviv is great in enforcing and fining and collecting

no doubt its the interest of the hotels in Tel Aviv to get rid of the small hosts / 

if we can talk and get organized maybe we can acieve some solutions
