How do we determine if we are being well marketed by Airbnb?

Do people really see my long term only (28 day limit) as it is posted?

Is it worth listing as a short term stay at the same time the same residence 

is listed for long term?  It does not look like that is allowed by the City of

Los Angeles.  That is counter to the public expressions of the city government

to try by every means to help the homeless situation.  Has the RAND Corp done

a study on this issue in Los Angeles?  They have an office and research center

in Santa Monica.

I would like to see this platform discussion get active.
