I have had RAVE reviews for ages - but all of a sudden this season (ski condo) I have had two groups check out and not leave a review !! we always message a lot even though I am not around and they seem DELIGHTED and complimentary but no official reviews?? Anyone else have this happening..
My last guest moved out a few days ago and I wrote my review right away, they were really good guests.

We always hint about how we plan to give a good review in early conversations. And then remind them after check out. Other than that we have a QR code in the space so they can link to our IG to follow and tag us in posts if they want and I think it gives them a sense that we want to make sure they’re a part of our story.
Best of luck!
Hi @Merrily2 Don't worry about it, it just happens sometimes, and some guests (especially new to Airbnb) don't really think about reviews, nothing personal.
I discovered when talking to a neighbour who'd used Airbnb (and other platforms) and she said she never leaves reviews, nothing to do with the experience just never occurred to her to bother - same as she wouldn't bother to leave a review for a hotel.
I'd estimate at least 10% don't leave reviews - I've been hosting for 12 years.
