The support is a big joke

We get to speak to different persons each time we call and every time someone will take over and sing the song ‘ they are investigating….’ for something that would have taken them couple of days.

This tends to happen when Airbnb is presented with a situation with no clear simple solution OR a pain-in-the neck situation they (and really most others) do not relish.
