Two listings in two different countries

I have one account with two listings - one in the UK and one in Portugal.

I pay tax on the income from each listing to the relevant country but my Portuguese accountant has now told me I need a MOD21 RFI from Airbnb to prevent me from being double taxed.

Can any help me please
