I would like to increase the prepartion time to 3 or 4 days between bookings

So block the 3 or 4 days before and after each booking. That way you can keep instant book on (if you use it) and its highly unlikely two people will book at the same time for consecutive dates.

I see some hosts are advertising the fact that they are separating bookings which might be worth adding to your listing

@Bob6  Well, just change your prep time setting to 3 days, that ability has always been there. It doesn't have a 4 day option- you'd have to block anything above 3 days manually.
