Want Mentor for General Help

I want a consistent person for a while to help with general questions about the hosting start up. Airbnb connected me with a Spanish speaker in Ecuador as I live there part of the year but I am in the US now and I am in the process of setting up my home here in Minneapolis, MN for hosting guests.  It would be great to have someone who is familiar with my state to help but I would appreciate any help.
