Welcome!
I would start by adding an Airbnb Host Guidebook and completing the House Manual Section of the Arrival Guide in the Listing Editor. These are free to create on Airbnb.

Once you have done that, you can use this information as a Template for creating your paper and digital guides for your listing. Hosts use a variety of methods for that. Canva is a popular tool to create House Manuals and Area Guides. Some create a Word document, convert that to PDF document and either send the PDF document to guests or add the PDF document to DropBox or Google docs and provide a link to the digital version in the scheduled check-in message. Most hosts also create a paper version in a 3-ring binder (put pages in sheet protectors) inside the listing.
Many hosts create a QR code for their WiFi name/password using qifi.org and then create several signs and place throughout the listing. Guests can scan the QR code to automatically connect, or manually enter the name/password on the sign on their devices.
