Where can I get pricing information for Airbnb?

I'm planning ahead to list my property on Airbnb. Where can I find out how the process works particularly relating to finances? (ie how much I can make?)

Do some market research with comparable STR places locally to see what they charge and then estimate how many days you might let out your place a year @Simon3036 

Then put together a budget with your start up and ongoing costs.  This will help you identify how much you might earn.

@Simon3036 there are two models which if I remember rightly are:

Host 3% guest 14.2% both plus VAT

or Host 16% plus VAT

Occupancy and city taxes on top of these
