Where to purchase an Airbnb property

I am looking to purchase a vacation property to use as an Airbnb rental.  I am curious if there are certain websites that have these listings or if using the regular MLS searches are best?

@Chelsea316  There is no such thing as an "Airbnb property". Listings are non-transferable- all the ratings and reviews stay with the original host and any future bookings are also non--transferable. So any place you buy is just a property you can choose to Airbnb or not. You would have to start up your own new listing for it, it's not like you can benefit from a history of good reviews.
