Zoning in the poconos

I am hosting a full house in the poconos and recently got a letter from the town regarding zoning permit.  Anyone on here hosting from the poconos with any insight?

I called the town and they were able to send me the necessary documents to file in order to continue the short term rental.

What town is your Airbnb located in? Is it in a private community?
