Hello everyone,
I am posting this because I have not recieved any proper feedback from the airbnb part.
So I have been hosting on airbnb for more than a year and I have a corporate account.
When creating my Airbnb account last year, they requested as usual some basic information like my ID, adress etc. I submitted those documents and started hosting.
I didn't have any problems with them until February 8, 2023. However, on February 8, I was asked to update my information.
They asked if my company has a partnership. And I confirmed that I do not have any partnership with anybody on my business and I proved it with official documents and papers that verify it. And I submitted those documents on the airbnb support case. But they closed it later on without giving any proper solution and instruction.
I received later on a message from Airbnb support and updated my information. However, on February 15, 2023, I received another message and they stopped my payments stating that I did not provide the requested documents.
I called them many times on support center to find out what was happening and why they stopped my payments. And I wrote them if any information or document that I submitted before was missing or not. They only told me to wait and the "appropriate team" is handling the situation.
They told me that I just have to wait and there is "nothing" to worry but I've been waiting since February 15th and I can't get any payment and any proper "answer, response, feedback" from them.
The customer support told me that the identity verification process was being handled in another department. But they did not send any message to me. And I cannot talk to them because apparently according to the customer service they work "offline" and only way to communicate with them is through messaegin system. But I know I repeat myselft but they have been "handling" my documents for 20-25 days without giving any updates and information...
For now, I cannot get any information from them and I cannot get my payments.
Here is what I have done in one year to get this kind of "treatment" from my good old "partner" airbnb.
I obtained superhost title 3 times in 1 year.
I followed all airbnb guidelines, rules, terms and conditions without any consession.
I reported all those customers who wanted to communicate outside of airbnb.
I refunded even the fees of my guests who violated the cancellation rules.
I reviewed and evaluated all the comments and feedbacks of my guests in order to serve them in the best way possible.
I recommended airbnb to everyone around me, my friends, my family etc. and I used airbnb for my personal travels and holidays.
And so on...
And this is what I get. No professional behavior at all from them.
Now I can't pay my rent, my bills, my expenses.
I can't buy new equipments such as cleaning and accommodation products like mop, shampoo, towels, sheets etc.
My housekeeper really quit the job because I didn't pay her salary. And I do not even exagerate my situation.
I had to borrow money from my friends.
Did I really deserve this?
Why can't I get my payments?
Why don't they provide any information or any update about my situation?
Why can't I talk to the department I need to talk to?
Why did they suddenly request documents when they do not ask anyrhing for one year?
Why don't they approve or confirm my documents for about 20 days?
Do you guys have any advice on this? Have you ever been in a situation like this? I do not know what to do and what to feel. I'm about to lose my business and I feel i'm completely lost on this one.

I just wanted to let you know that we our Community Center and the Community Manager team is not a formal branch of Customer Support.
Having said that, I am really sorry and totally understand your frustration that you don't want to hear similar words from us too, and wish to have this resolved as soon as possible.

Same problem here with exact time line.
I have been telling the support team that it is a one shareholder company which is shown clearly in the documents ı have provided.
When i contact you, support team keeps saying they will transfer the issue to this spesific department and they cant do anything about it.
Funny thing is ; at first i was told that this would be sorted out in a deadline of 72 hours. Its been 3 months and no one seems to care.
This is just utter non sense.
