attempting to access CRV file for tax purposes but I have been "denied access"

After selecting the calendar year 2021 for gross earning, the system indicated that it would email the CRV file when completed.

I did receive the email but when I attempted to download it, I only received a message that said "Access Denied" with nothing else to do.

Help.

@Nancie11   Have the CSV file downloaded to your computer.  Save it, and then open it in a product like Excel.

I have a Mac book pro and don't have excel but I may be able to do this on a PC.  Thanks for the advice!
