checking the status on home sharing permit in LA ?

VERY difficult to get a hold of anyone from LA Home-sharing department.  Take weeks to respond to anything.  I went to their office in LA after getting my permit denied bc Jake didn't match Jacob on my supporting docs.. and was told THERE IS NO REPRESENTATIVE at their own office.

 

Only thing that I know of is just to call and email daily, maybe pray too.

 

Many hosts I've read about are dealing w this too.
