Taxes

I am a USA citizen with Canadian Permanent Residence.  I own a vacation rental property in Canada, operate under a Canadian registered business, and rent through Airbnb.  I receive the currency in CAD$ and pay the HST/GST to CRA.  I also pay income taxes to CRA.

I received a 1099k in my personal name for the total earnings from Airbnb.

I have called Airbnb and they finally sent a chat telling me to update my tax information.  I think I need to use the form W-8BEN-E.

However, it says, "call us."

This is what I've been trying to do... no assistance.

Can anyone help me?

You may not need W-8BEN-E for filing tax in Canada though. It's a US tax form. They won't be able to help. And Airbnb may not be able to help either. You'll have to call CRA or a go to a tax officer to help you out with it. I could be wrong but this is what seems like it.
