getting new apartments

Dear all!
My name is Anton, I am the owner of GardaDoma ** and i am doing full time hosting for 6 years already. 

I am thinking of extending my capital (looking for opportunities to invest in other great vacation rental businesses around EU).

I want to find hosts like me but in other locations who are passionate about airbnb and have great skills as I believe that is an amazing business based on my own experience.

I would invest money in buying an apartment/house and then will give it to the host to take care of it. My idea is that you are as a local would know better what to buy or not to buy as well as you are as the host might be looking for some property to buy for some time and just didn't have a chance.

I would like to get in touch to explore that in more detail, because this is the first time I am trying to look for something outside my area and cooperate with other hosts. 

Please, write me if you are interested in adding new properties under your management or you have other ideas on this topic.

Airbnb now has a cohosting service where you can find experienced local cohosts you can use once you've identified listings you want to buy .

Many markets are oversaturated so it's worth doing some market research around where you might want buy in terms of likely demand . 

I am sure cohosts could give you an idea but I wouldn't rely on this doing your own research is key.  You also need to take into account any STR regulations in areas you might want to operate in.
