missing payout!

Hi, my payout has gone 'missing' from airbnb. I'm so upset and frustrated, it's been a week already and there is no end to it. It is not showing in my upcoming payouts, my co-host has been paid, but not me. It has become an emergency, and I've been speaking to EVERYONE possible. there is no problem with any of my info, I've been successfully paid for years. No one seems to fix the issue, and I am desperate for this money. My guests have been in my home for over a week and I have not one penny. 

Has anyone experienced this? I am losing my trust in this company.

Was it your ID that needed to be re-verified?

so they say.... but PayPal looked into this for days and said it was fine. !!! 

I won't believe anyone until the money shows up. I'll def keep you posted - thanks for your help!

I just checked my payouts and now it is showing 'on hold'.... so it has changed from 'pending'.... 

WTF is wrong with this huge megacompany that something supposedly simple can become such a maddening issue? I am so shocked at this company when it comes to basic accounting issues. !  Someone helpful like you is out there telling folks how to fix stuff on their end? it's ridiculous. They should be paying you. !
