new 2023 winter release?

has anyone seen a decrease in booking and views? i am completely down for the january & february.

@Thalia-Y-Alberto0 Every release Airbnb makes it seems peoples bookings are down. The reality, backed up by the Airbnb revenues, is that some are down and some are up. With any new search parameters or search engine change this is inevitable.

i guess you are right, but not having any bookings. it makes it hard for regular folks to keep my listing up and running. Let's hope closer to January there will be more bookings. 

It just doesn't seem like a good idea to keep updating if it's going to affect the hosts therefore our earnings take a hit as well as Airbnb. Because lot of people obtain properties for Airbnb and if there is no income they will have to resume regular renting which will cause listings to be removed and some will get out of the business together. 

does anyone have any other rental pages they would like to share?

@Thalia-Y-Alberto0 Airbnb revenues are going up. Frankly they don't care which hosts take the bookings as it makes no difference to them.
