nightly rate adjustment

Hello everyone! Can someone tell me if you have the same issue as me. I am new to this price rate adjustments because my partner and I would like to earn more for this peak season so I change my rate into nightly rate adjustments yet we will not get the money. Why does airbnb collect our adjustment rate instead of us?

I'm not sure if this is same since I do not see a nightly reduction listed in the breakdown, but what I have is a significantly lower nightly rate being charged.  For example I am charging 193/night and the booking went to 139/night.  This is definitely more than 10% and I also have it listed on Strict, which doesn't mention a 10% discount...Why would my nightly change with out me ever inputing it?  I also have the Smart Pricing turned off...

Hi, It is not the cancellation policy. It seems to be the "Last minute discounts", at least it was for me. Can't remember setting this up:

-go to your listing

-price and availability

-go to the discount section, it is at the bottom.
