no payments 2 weeks After checkout

how can I get paid? 2 weeks after a checkout and one week after another checkout and still no deposit.  I have to pay the incurred expenses from those guests.  they told me Airbnb took their money so why am I not getting paid?  Bad enough you overruled MY cancelation policy, at a minimum. give me the 2% of what I've lost.
