not receiving a request

We did not receive a request at all, there is nothing in the in box. Airbnb has now blocked our dates as the non existent booking has apparently expired.  This is the first time this has happened, it is particularly hard at this difficult time to be unjustly penalised by airbnb for there mistake.  The help page is a constant difficult or should I say impossible loop to navigate, so where do we go to get the dates unblocked and stop whatever further punishment airbnb choose to impose on our listing?

You'll, need to call Airbnb for answers on this one, @Helen-and-Bruce0. Hosts won't be able to offer much help. Click on the 'contact' tab on your dashboard, and be prepared for a long wait. Good luck getting it fixed.
