payment of the guest much higher than what was informed in the reservation

My guest paid more than what was informed to me on the reservation (already deducting the fees) and I did not receive according to what the guest paid (as shown on her credit card). I thought this was dishonest and I would like to know why it happened.

You will need to contact Airbnb @Alessandra883 

 

However will be difficult to get through with their customer services being inundated under the virus.

 

Perhaps contact them via social media.

@Alessandra883  I'm sure you double-checked this, but the guest always pays more than what the host receives.  Here is an example of what the guest would pay for 2 nights at one of my places:

They would pay $962.  But I would receive $750.78 ($594 + $180 less 3% host service fee).

 

If this doesn't clear things up, definitely do as @Helen3 recommended and contact Airbnb through Twitter by sending a direct message to @airbnbhelp or on their Facebook page.
