I have not received payment for my last two reservations and cannot get any help from AirBnB. This has been going on for over a week and I keep getting the run-around from AirBnB with a different excuse each time I call. FED UP!! I DO NOT WANT TO WORK FOR FREE!!
On AirBnB's system it shows I have been paid. I sent AirBnB a copy of my ledger on my PayPal account. It shows all monies received from AirBnB except the last two payments which I have not received. I have been waiting to be paid since February 28, 2021 and March 3, 2021 for the two reservations. Each time I call, they say they have escalated the problem but I never hear back from anyone. Do I need to be looking elsewhere for a hosting company? The more I search, the more commonplace this seems to be. Is AirBnB having financial problems? Any advice would be welcome.
