I am currently dealing with short-term rental permit denial by City. I have shifted my listing to 30+ days and am hoping to find guests. Maybe traveling nurses or professionals.

The lack of available rentals is an issue throughout the world and its only getting worse. People can't move for jobs when they can't rent a home.
