They have paused our payouts for information verification/update documents. We've tried 6 times. We've been on the phone for 4 hours. Their system is flawed and isn't capturing our information, I guess?!?!?
HMMMMM...... why is this happening, why can't they fix their system or give us a go-around to getting the info to them???????
Maybe tell customer service you will ”pause check-ins” until they resume payments…? That might ensure your case is sent to someone who can actually help. 😏
