I have literally tried talking to over 15 "support ambassadors" about this issue (for over 2 months now) and all I get is conversations terminated or misinformation from overseas Arise employees (the company airbnb subcontracts all phone support through). These phone operators can not understand or communicate in conversational English...all they do is read a script and talk in circle all the time. This has got to be an initiative given to Arise employees direct from airbnb. This is horrible...actually less than horrible, its non existent customer service that makes the company money.
I have two issues..
1. I was a superhost ambassbor (not super host.....different program that helps onboard new hosts) for the longest time and now I don't see any of my tools on my dashboard and I believe I'm out of the program but no one can give me an answer on this or even verify the existence of the super host ambassador program. It'd be laughable if it wasn't so infuriating.
2. Getting paid on a referral
I would do anything to actually talk to a CS rep in America that can actually speak English and understand this dilemma and help find a solution!!!!
