I had a case opened since july 31 2024 after my guest checked out. Caused huge damaged including burning incense during the 4 month stay, and bringing the entire family 20+ people. Resolution team offered a payout finally in sept but it was significantly less then the requested amount, asked to give me a call and they say they will call within 24 hrs since sept payout email, but they never did. I email again for the call several times, and each time it takes this embassdor at least a week to reply to my email and in the email they will apologies and say the were away for the week but they will find a time to call within 24 hrs. They never did call, im still waiting. Have been calling support, they esculate this, but still same thing. Please help. Why are they taking a week just to reply and say they will call, but still dont. How can i get help
