I want your opinion of my countries law about rooms
So law is saying:
any self service (sharing economy) acomodation establishment must bear features of and specifications of entire apartment
1. furnished villas
2. furnished residences located in a row or complex
3. Apartments
then it follows
Operator of self service catering acomodation establishment may advertise rent his self service acomodation establishment provided that it is licensed
...
further all requirements and procedure for license
QUESTION and dispute is this
In my opinion room is not self service acomodation establishment so it not have specifications mentioned
so because its not self service establishment then IM NOT OPERATOR of self service acomodation establishment
Is my thinking correct?
Because im not such establishment operator then i dont make license, because it clearly say only self service establishment operator need license
but now today i call to government office and they say yes rooms to rent illegal
considering I was played a football game when they redirected me 5 times to 5 different people its questionable how they undertsnad by themselves law they made ....
they just refered to paragraaph which citated operating guidlines after you have license for entire apartment rental
in operating guidlines it says that when you have license for entire apartment rental you cant with that license rent rooms, that is different as not allowed to rent rooms at all

If they wanted to allow only apartments villas it could be said diferently
E.G any short term acomodation rental is forbidden except following acomodation types and if license is obtained
because in airbnb are many many types of short term rentals
RV motorhome private room
YACHT for example doesnt bear any features of self service acomodation e.g apartment or villa
since yacht owner doesnt fall in category described by law he dont need license
I want other people opinion about self catering acomodation definition
in my opinion it is yes apartment with own kitchen, but if i rent room i dont allow kitchen so its not self service catering acomodation and IM not operator of self service catering acomodation thus im not breaking law if I advertise unit which is not self catering acomodation.
Would like to hear opinions maybe im wrong thats why I write

I think Barcelona was so far only city with this BS but at least it make more sense because they forbid also apartments but here they do opposite allow apartments take out from long term rent and rooms which doesnt have so big impact on housing market they forbidden... most stupid regulation ever
