Very Slow AirBnB payments

AirBnB payouts have become super-slow. 4 to 5 days after guests check in. 
And this is during a normal week, when banks are operating, rather than over a weekend. 
It's  inadequate and stops me recommending the platform to others. 
I've heard it may lead to other hosts leaving AirBnB.

I've been in AirBnB since 2017,  and took a two year break because of Covid. And now that I'm back they are taking up to TEN DAYS TO PAY????

It used to take only 24 hours. Who do we talk to at AirBnB about thisw?
