Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed: Account Suspension

Hello,

Can someone help me? Airbnb has suspended all my ads and is planning to close my account without providing a reason. Do you know how I can appeal this decision? Has this happened to anyone else before?

I am asking for your help because this situation is very serious. I don't know what I did wrong and I really don't understand it. I have been working with Airbnb for 10 years and manage more than 50 apartments.

It may be because your listing have an average 4.53 rating with some as low as 4.26 Airbnb sees anything under 4.6 as low @Yohan19 

i also see you have a number of new listings - another reason might be if you are closing down listings with poor reviews and setting up replacement listings to try and hide listings with poor ratings
