I’m new and have 4 booking enquiries for the same week. Do I preapprove them all and see who gets there first? Or do it one at a time and risk losing the other business ?
@Emma2331 You have to answer the inquiry messages within 24 hours. You do not need to either pre-approve or decline an inquiry. Only pre-approve if you are satisfied with good communication from the guest and have read any reviews they might have.
It's first come first serve if you do pre-approve, but be aware that the majority of inquiries, for most hosts, never go on to book- they are often just putting out feelers.
