Accepted reservation ignored by Airbnb.

[AIRBNB] Melissa's request expired. Aug 31-Sep 03 will remain blocked. Make these dates available if you're able to accept reservations.

She (melissa) says she was not confirmed. WHY?

You'll have to contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.

This is a forum where Airbnb members like your self help each other with advice from their own experience. Members here don't have access to the account or booking history of any other member.

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
