Add Pyament Method Issue

I have a villa in Bali https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14527743 i try several time to add the payment method via transfer banck, but the sistem stuck all the times cannot colplete the acttion, i try also to chnage computer and browser but the page freeze. Please Help i cannot recive payment.
