Address Correction

Help:

My physical address is slightly different from the post office records which could actually create some confusion with getting to the location, but the websit will not let me make the change if it is not consistent with the post office. How do I make this change?

My address is not the one shown on the google map.  Visitors find it difficult to find the address . Google have not helped. Anyone with the same problem? Kate
