Air bnb Insurance - dropped by Proper insurance due to multiple rooms

I own the house next door, which I have been running as an Air BnB for a year. The house is set up so that guests can book the whole house or individual rooms. One-night stay minimum. I found insurance through Proper Insurance. I was up front about the listing - they assured me that none of this was a problem, and I got my insurance (property and business) for around $2300 for the year (double the price of other policies). Just this morning I got an e-mail informing me that they would not renew as we have "multiple groups of guests and shared rooms for guests" (We don't have different groups of guests sharing the same room,s but kitchen, dining room, etc, are all shared if there are multiple groups.) And they KNEW about this a year ago!

Anyone else have this issue? Any advice? Proper Insurance were recommended by Air BnB hosts on this forum, and this came out of left field.
