AirBnb invoice

Dear all, 

Recently I agreed with the landlord to make an agreement on Airbnb.  She told me that I will get an invoice from Airbnb when she arranges everything. I got two e-mails from irbnb@booking-online-airbnb.com which looks suspicious to me. Also, she forwarded to the invoice. I attached the forwarded e-mail.  I want to ask you all that is it the correct way to make reservations and rent a property. And also, is it safe to make a wired transaction?

@Hakan11  This is a scam! Send no money anywhere and do not give them any additional information. With an actual AirBnB reservation you pay AirBnB online on the site. Never wire or transfer funds to anyone. I am afraid you need to start looking again for a legitimate rental.
