i seem to be having problems with the airbnb app all day today. Once opened it shuts down quickly. All other apps are working on my phone.
Wondered if anyone else was having this problem. Or can guide me how to contact airbnb team.

Has everyone phoned and complained to Airbnb. I did and was told to reinstall the App but As even that wouldn’t fix the problem long term as the App isn’t reliable so to log on via web page.

I had the same. Last night deleted the App, then turned phone right off. Left it overnight, then this morning turned it back on and reinstalled App. All ok so far! 🤞
I can’t log onto any part of the air bnb website or app. I have a iPhone XR.
it won’t even let me reply to a request via email. This is definitely an issue since the recent iPhone update.
But I’m going to try above ☝🏻And see if I can get the same result. Fingers crossed!
A new app has been released a few hours ago. I updated mine and now everything works fine!
Mine still wasn't working yesterday..... but this morning (Thursday 7th November) it is again working perfectly!
Thank you Airbnb for sorting it - but perhaps some updates in threads like this one would have been helpful to hosts!!
I have a reservation in 2 days & have trying to contact host for a week. When I pull up site it is just a blank screen. I’ve turned off phone & rebooted still no change.
same here not working I erased it and tried to download it again and it’s not even available in app store
I cannot log into Airbnb it just disappears, cannot message my guests directions , I am on an Apple iPad , log in just flashes for a split second
Oh now I'm logged in , but still not able to message my guest, just a blank screen

Ugh, I can’t get in to see anything. Refresh didn’t work so I deleted app to try again and now it doesn’t want to download! I have guests coming and can’t send info.
I am using my MAC and the Airbnb sites says it is having problems and to check twitter for update information.

Mines not working either. I have an Apple 7 plus and I’ve tried for about 2 weeks. I’ve turned my phone off then back on, deleted and reinstalled the app, checked for updates, nothing is working!! So frustrating!
