App log in iphone/android phone

Hello it's Jan 14 2018 I am from California USA, I host and I travel using AirBNB, yesterday App stopped working it would let me log in but then it says "verify yourself" with a blank white page I have an IPhone 8 and when I try to log into chrome or safara through air bnb website it does the same thing, I've tried to create a new account, changed my password, use facebook or google to log in none of them worked. The only way I can get to it is through my desk top, I tried using my husbands android Galaxy phone and same thing happens. I already called their technical support and they don't have an answer for me. This is tough when you're trying to get to guests right away if you can't use your phone.
