Atlanta Airbnb Hosts

I have been renting my house out via Airbnb since March and it has been very busy. However since the middle of August it has been dead. No inquiries or bookings. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi @Todd517 ! Have the bookings picked back up again? 🙂

Perhaps this could be a regional thing, you could join one of the Host Clubs and discuss it there with local Hosts around you: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Get-Local/ct-p/en_clubs

You could also ask for listing feedback and see if there's anything you could try. We have a super useful guide on how to ask for listing critique here: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/New-to-Hosting/How-to-ask-for-listing-critique-on-the-Community-...

No the bookings are still non existent, which is bizarre since I was packed this whole summer. No inquiries for a few weeks now.  I am going to join the local Airbnb group on Facebook, thanks for that advice

Hello @Todd517 I have a property 5min away from the Mercedes Benz Stadium and it’s been very slow. And I have been wondering what’s going on as well.

Why have you posted a duplicated question around this @Todd517  you asked the same question and it got answered a few days back.

I was told it had something to do with the Summer release. And when I researched that, all i found was a video from airbnb explaining how much better searches would go for renters moving forward.  I am trying to understand how all this impacts everyone now and has stopped the bookings
